These terms cover your ticket to the Own AI Search live event (the "Event"), including the optional VIP ticket, and your use of this website. The Event is run by StudioHawk, Inc. ("StudioHawk", "we", "us"). By buying a ticket or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. The Event
The Event is a live online workshop delivered over Zoom on the dates and times shown on the registration page. A standard ticket is live only. The VIP ticket adds a recording of the Event, the Claude skills and the toolkit, which we email after the Event. Otherwise a recording is not included unless we say otherwise in writing.
Each registration or ticket admits one person. You will receive joining instructions by email before the Event. You are responsible for having a working internet connection and a device that can run Zoom.
2. Payment
Ticket prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. When you buy a ticket on this site, Stripe keeps your card on file so you can add the optional VIP ticket, and then an optional extra, in one click on the pages that follow. We only charge it if you click to add one, we take it off file once you've finished (or said no thanks), and we don't use it for anything else. Your payment confirmation comes from Stripe and your ticket confirmation comes from us by email.
3. Refunds and transfers
If your ticket wasn't worth it to you, email events@studiohawk.com and we will refund it in full. You keep everything you received. If you can no longer attend, email events@studiohawk.com and we will either move you to the next cohort or refund your ticket in full, your choice. You may also transfer your seat to a colleague by telling us their name and email before the Event begins.
If we need to reschedule the Event, your ticket automatically carries over to the new dates. If the new dates do not work for you, we will refund you in full.
4. No guarantees of results
The Event teaches strategies and processes drawn from our client work. Outcomes depend on your business, your market and your execution. Case studies and testimonials shown on this site are real client results, not a promise that you will achieve the same. Nothing in the Event is legal, financial or investment advice.
5. Materials and intellectual property
All Event materials, including slides, templates, prompts, checklists and recordings if any are provided, are owned by StudioHawk. You may use them inside your own business. You may not resell them, share them publicly, redistribute them, or use them to build a competing training product.
6. Behaviour during the Event
We may remove anyone who disrupts the Event, harasses other attendees, or records or rebroadcasts the sessions without permission, without refund.
7. Communications
By registering, you agree that we may contact you by email about the Event. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
If you tick the optional text-message box at checkout, StudioHawk will text you about the Event you registered for: reminders and joining links, up to 5 messages per event. You can opt out at any time and texts are not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, or email events@studiohawk.com for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you apply for an audit call and tick the optional text-message box, StudioHawk may text you about your booking. Texts are not a condition of booking. We send up to 4 messages per booking: reminders, the joining link, and a rebook link if you miss it. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, or email events@studiohawk.com for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Event or this site is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of third-party platforms such as Zoom.
9. Optional add-ons: Analytics Audit and Conversion Teardown
Straight after you buy a ticket (including the VIP ticket), we may offer you an optional add-on at a ticket-holder price. Each add-on is checked and signed off by a StudioHawk specialist and ends with a strategy session by video call: 30 minutes for one add-on, or 45 minutes if you buy both. Prices are in US dollars. You can also buy the Analytics Audit on its own at the price shown on its page, and these same terms apply.
The Analytics Audit compares one GA4 property with one CRM or order system over the last 28 days, explains the gaps we find, and gives you prioritised findings with recommended fixes. It needs view-only access to GA4, Google Tag Manager and your ad accounts, plus a CRM export. The Conversion Teardown reviews up to 12 key pages or page templates on desktop and phone, and gives you marked-up findings and rewritten copy. It needs only your website address. Both are recommendations: making the changes is up to you, and we quote any implementation work separately. Neither promises a particular result.
We email you within one business day of your purchase with what we need. Your results and strategy session follow within about a week of receiving access. If you haven't given us access within 60 days, we may close the order and refund you in full.
Worth it or it's free: if your strategy session doesn't give you at least one fix worth making, email events@studiohawk.com within 30 days of the session and we will refund the add-on in full. You can also cancel for a full refund at any time before we start work.
If you start a StudioHawk retainer within 60 days of buying an add-on, we will credit the add-on fee against your retainer invoices. The credit is not exchangeable for cash. Our total liability for an add-on is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your ticket.
