These terms cover your purchase of a ticket to the Own AI Search live event (the "Event") and your use of this website. The Event is run by StudioHawk, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("StudioHawk", "we", "us"). By buying a ticket or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. The Event

The Event is a live, two-day online workshop delivered over Zoom on the dates and times shown on the registration page. It is delivered live only. A recording is not included with your ticket unless we say otherwise in writing.

One ticket admits one person. You will receive joining instructions by email before the Event. You are responsible for having a working internet connection and a device that can run Zoom.

2. Payment

Ticket prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your payment confirmation comes from Stripe and your ticket confirmation comes from us by email.

3. Refunds and transfers

If you can no longer attend, contact us any time before Day 1 begins and we will either move you to the next cohort or refund your ticket in full, your choice. Once Day 1 has started, tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a colleague by telling us their name and email before the Event begins.

If we need to reschedule the Event, your ticket automatically carries over to the new dates. If the new dates do not work for you, we will refund you in full.

4. No guarantees of results

The Event teaches strategies and processes drawn from our client work. Outcomes depend on your business, your market and your execution. Case studies and testimonials shown on this site are real client results, not a promise that you will achieve the same. Nothing in the Event is legal, financial or investment advice.

5. Materials and intellectual property

All Event materials, including slides, templates, prompts, checklists and recordings if any are provided, are owned by StudioHawk. You may use them inside your own business. You may not resell them, share them publicly, redistribute them, or use them to build a competing training product.

6. Behaviour during the Event

We may remove anyone who disrupts the Event, harasses other attendees, or records or rebroadcasts the sessions without permission, without refund.

7. Communications

By registering, you agree that we may contact you by email and, if you give us your number, by SMS about the Event: confirmations, reminders, joining links and follow-up resources. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS. Message and data rates may apply to SMS.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Event or this site is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages of third-party platforms such as Zoom.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your ticket.
